In the video below, Matt Tinkler, Elders State Livestock Manager Vic/Riv interviews Simon Quilty and discusses where the livestock industry is heading.
Simon Quilty has worked in the meat and livestock sector for over 35 years. He is an independent meat and livestock analyst and brokers swaps on behalf of large financial institutions across the world. He also brokers physical meat products worldwide, working with large international companies across Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, China and the US. His various skills enable him to work closely with meat processors, live cattle exporters, Australian feedlotters, backgrounders and Australian farmers and importers.
